Online print shop recommendations?

I have a cool idea for a t-shirt design but I need for the design to be on the sleeve of the shirt. Does anyone know of an online shop like cafepress or spreadshirt that would allow me to print an image on the sleeve? I've found it particularly hard to find a store that gives you that option. Boo!
